Before you make a purchase
order of a reagent, please check "Reagent List" (Database file of the reagents
in our lab prepared by File Maker Pro 4.0 loaded on G3 Power Macintosh
in room 331) to check the reagent stocked in our lab or not. When
the reagent is not stocked, consult price list bookds and make a purchase
order. When it is expensive and/or very hazardous, please ask Tanase. |

When you purchase a reagent |
When you purchase a reagent (get the reagent you
ordered), MAKE SURE to input the reagent data
into our databese file "Reagent List" (Database file of the reagents in
our lab prepared by File Maker Pro 4.0 loaded on G3 Power Macintosh in
room 331). Please see the instruction manual
to input reagent data. Ms. Goto and Ms. Kato check the databese
periodically, but making and revising card is your responsibility. [Input

試薬を購入したら |
試薬を購入したら必ず『試薬リスト』ファイル（C331室のG3マックにあるファイルメーカープロver4.0ファイル）にデータを入力して下さい。入力はマニュアルを参考に正確に行って下さい。五島と加藤が定期的にファイルのチェック、保守、バックアップを行いますが、入力はユーザー各自の責任で行って下さい。

When you use a reagent
already stocked in our lab or purchased |
When use those reagents which
are listed as toxcic and/or harmful by law, make sure to make
a record on the reagent use log file in room C321.
After you use the reagent, make sure to keep it in the appropriate
place recorded in Reagent List Database.
Any toxic and harmful chemicals which must be kept at low temperature
should be stocked in the explosion-proof refrigerater in room C330.
When the reagent bottle is empty, please input a comment in the Notes
filed of the Reagent List card (DO NOT delete the card), and when it is
usually used reagent or solvent, please make a purchase order for new one. |

研究室にある、あるいは購入した試薬を使用する場合 |
法律で毒物あるいは劇物に指定されている薬品を使用する場合には、C321室にある毒劇物使用簿に記録を必ずつけて下さい。試薬を使用した後は、必ず所定の保管場所（試薬リストファイルに入力した保管庫・冷凍冷蔵庫等）に戻して下さい。低温で保管すべき毒劇物はC330室の防爆冷凍冷蔵庫に保管して下さい。
試薬を使いきった場合は、その旨を試薬リストのノート欄に記入し（決して削除しないこと）、通常よく使用する試薬・溶媒は注文しておくこと。 |

When you want to use a hazardous reagent |
When you want to use a
hazardous reagent listed in Hazard.html, ask Tanase in every
time. |

危険な試薬を使用する場合 |
棚瀬研究室の危険な化学物質に指定されている試薬を使用したい場合には棚瀬に必ず相談すること。 |
